Pine Harbour Boat Builders is a locally owned and operated boat building and repair business based at Pine Harbour Marina - the Gateway to the Gulf. We work with boat owners across the marina and wider Auckland region, helping keep everything from small runabouts to launches and yachts safe, reliable, and ready for the water.

PHBB was established in August 2024 by Mark Skinner, who brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the boat building industry. After decades working across all areas of boat construction, repairs, and refits, Mark founded PHBB with a simple goal: to provide boat owners with honest advice, quality workmanship, and a service they can genuinely trust.

We are boaties ourselves, so we understand that a boat is not “just a boat”. It’s time with family, weekend escapes, and years of memories. That understanding shapes the way we work. Whether it’s a small repair, ongoing maintenance, insurance work, or a more involved restoration or modification, every job is approached with care, respect, and attention to detail.
